For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they’ve been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
After this window, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
