We currently ship only within Canada.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charges may apply)

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within Canada
A flat shipping rate is applied to orders below the free shipping threshold, calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor the delivery status using the tracking link provided.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nutrivivefoods@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
